About RFNL
RFNL understands justice to be the core of community, education, as well as the judicial context. RFNL defines justice as honouring the inherent worth of all human beings regardless of who they are or what they do. It accepts that people are relational beings whose well-being is nurtured or diminished through our interconnectedness. It is a framework for understanding how we live together in community.

A January 2025 Statement
RFNL explicitly and intentionally honours the worth and interconnectedness of humanity and the world we live in.
Never in our lives has it been more important to shout this from the rooftops, to integrate it into our lives, to embed it into our communities, education and justice systems—into all aspects of society. RFNL is joining our voice with all those speaking out loudly to defend and protect 2SLGTBQIA+ members of our communities, newcomers to this land and continent, visible minorities, and those hungry simply for a place to live and a meal to eat.
Please take action, and integrate restorative justice into your lives and your workplaces for the well-being of all.
